We develop suggestions on collective bargaining cost analysis and cost savings, and
we work to ensure that the employer and the employee meet on a common ground within
the framework of the most affordable costs.
We act as a mediator in conflicts between the management team and the union,
contributing to the resolution of problems in the interests of both parties.
